Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused and unopened

• The item is in its original, sealed packaging

• All accessories and packaging are included

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with consumer rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
